In the Spring 2017 academic year, three premier learning system support centers (COHLIT, ITeS, & OIRT) were brought together to provide assistance to the Rutgers University community through their use of the main Learning Managment Systems (LMS) at Rutgers (Canvas, Sakai, & Moodle). We are now Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT).
The focus of the Rutgers Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) Help Desk is to enhance the efficacy, efficiency and overall satisfaction of the Online Learning community; comprised of administrators, educators, students and lifelong learners of different ages and computer expertise. We strive to be the preeminent source of support and cutting edge solutions in the Online Learning community at Rutgers University. With extensive training and a strong Rutgers background, our agents are more than capable in addressing any question or concern our community may have.
