Dena Novak is the Director of Instructional Design for the Teaching and Learning with Technology team at Rutgers University. She earned her Ed.D. from Rutgers University with a concentration in Instructional Leadership, and has also taught both online and face-to face courses at Rutgers in pedagogy and writing. Prior to working in higher education, she served as a high school English and Special Education teacher. She loves working with faculty to develop great courses, and is passionate about the power of accessibility, Universal Design, and instructional technology to improve learning and teaching experiences in higher education.
