Will Pagán is the Associate Vice President for Online Programs. Will leads Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT) and all efforts related to Rutgers Online, the fully online degree programs offered at Rutgers. Previously, Will served as the Director of Instructional Design and has taught Project Management for IT at Rutgers. Will has a Masters of Business and Science degree with a concentration of User Experience Design and is currently an Ed.D candidate with a concentration of Design of Learning Environments.
